Welcome to Apicks!

To use Apicks, you must read and comply with the Apicks User Agreement (the "Agreement"). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and us regarding your registration and use of Apicks.

I. Scope of Agreement

This Agreement applies to Apicks and related services, including existing and future services. Specific services are subject to actual availability.

Supplementary agreements (e.g., Privacy Policy) displayed on Apicks shall form part of this Agreement. In case of conflict, supplementary agreements prevail.

II. Account Registration

• Eligibility: You must have full legal capacity.
• Security: You are responsible for account credentials. We are not liable for losses due to user negligence.
• Updates: You must promptly update information changes. Failure may result in service limitations.

III. Service Usage Guidelines

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Violating laws or public order
• Unauthorized modification/distribution of Apicks content
• Using unauthorized third-party tools to disrupt services
• Posting illegal or infringing content

Violation Handling: We may restrict accounts, remove content, and pursue legal action.

IV. Third-Party Services

Apicks may integrate third-party services. You must agree to their terms separately, and assume all risks.

V. Data Protection

We process your data per the Apicks Privacy Policy. For details, visit the Privacy Policy page.

VI. Intellectual Property

All Apicks content (including assets and trademarks) is legally protected. Unauthorized reproduction/modification/commercial use is prohibited.

VII. Account Deactivation

Deactivation Conditions:

• Severe violations or government orders
• 12-month inactivity with zero balance/no active subscriptions

Process: Submit a request via customer support. Effective after review.

VIII. Disclaimer

We are not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, policy changes).

Third-party service issues are the provider's responsibility.

IX. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by laws of England and Wales, subject to:

• Data Protection Act 2018 (UK GDPR)
• Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2022
• Consumer Rights Act 2015

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute shall be finally resolved by arbitration under LCIA Rules, seated in London, in the English language. The award shall be binding.

X. Agreement Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Welcome to the membership service!

The membership service described herein is provided by Apicks (hereafter referred to as "We"), and is intended to offer premium membership benefits to Apicks users (hereafter referred to as "You"). In addition to this agreement, you are also required to comply with other product service agreements or rules such as the User Agreement and the Personal Information Protection Policy when using this membership service.

I. Service Content

Our Apicks membership is a value-added product designed for users, featuring a variety of exclusive membership benefits. Specific membership benefits and pricing methods are subject to those published on the relevant pages of Apicks. Membership may be divided into different levels, with varying benefits among levels, and specific details are also subject to the explanations on the aforementioned pages.

We may modify and change the pricing and methods for paid services according to actual needs. We reserve the right to not offer refunds or adjust fees for originally paid services when we reduce the pricing of paid services or offer them for free.

II. Activation and Termination

Membership Validity Period: Calculated from the date of membership activation. If a member renews or extends the membership term during the validity period, the validity period will be correspondingly extended.

Since Apicks membership is a digital product, and considering the particularity of internet services and relevant national regulations, we cannot refund membership fees in cases of incorrect purchase due to personal reasons or inability to enjoy membership benefits.

III. Membership Fees and Renewal

Apicks membership fees are based on the prices displayed on the membership service page at the time of purchase.

If you activate auto-renewal when purchasing Apicks membership, it means you authorize us to deduct the service fees for the next billing cycle from the payment account balance linked at the time of activation. After activation, please ensure that the Apicks membership account is linked to the payment account and that the balance is sufficient to cover the fees.

IV. Membership Account Management

Members should use membership benefits reasonably and enjoy membership services. Members must comply with our various rules, including but not limited to this agreement, as well as other product service agreements or rules such as the User Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

V. Disclaimer

Except as explicitly provided by laws and regulations, we shall endeavor to ensure the security, effectiveness, accuracy, and reliability of our services and the related technologies and information.

VI. Agreement Modification

In response to the evolution of the internet and changes in relevant laws, regulations, and normative documents, or due to business development needs, we reserve the right to modify or amend the terms of this agreement. Your continued use of the service implies acceptance of the modified terms of this agreement.

The Apicks Membership Auto-Renewal Service Agreement (hereafter referred to as the "Auto-Renewal Agreement") is entered into by and between Apicks and its affiliated entities (hereafter referred to as "We") and all users of the Apicks Membership Auto-Renewal Service (including but not limited to individuals and teams) (hereafter referred to as "You") regarding the use of the auto-renewal payment service provided by Apicks.

I. Membership Auto-Renewal Service Description

The Auto-Renewal Service is designed to meet your continuous demand for Apicks Membership Services. You hereby irrevocably authorize Apicks and its associated companies to deduct the fees for the next billing cycle from your own charge account, third-party payment accounts, bank cards, or telecom accounts (collectively referred to as "Accounts") bound to your Apicks Membership.

III. Auto-Renewal Service Validity Period

• Unless otherwise specified by Apicks, the auto-renewal service you obtain is permanently valid.
• When you purchase the Apicks auto-renewal package, Apicks will auto-renew the service before the expiration of your chosen Apicks service period.
• The Service is voluntarily selectable for cancellation by You. Once the deduction is successful, Apicks will activate the auto-renewal service for the next billing period for You.
• Important: Apicks hereby specially reminds You that after You opt for the auto-renewal service, any fees paid through the auto-renewal service entrusted to Apicks via Your default payment method will be regarded as Your subscription to the relevant paid services of Apicks. Therefore, Apicks will under no circumstances refund any fees paid by You.

IV. Unsubscription of Auto-Renewal Service

1. For auto-renewal services activated via your Apple ID, go to "Settings" → "iTunes Store & App Store" → "Apple ID" → "View Apple ID" → Click "Subscriptions" in the account settings page to cancel the Apicks membership subscription.
2. Once the auto-renewal service is successfully canceled, it will not affect the membership benefits that you have already activated for the current period. No refund will be made for the service fees that have been paid but not yet enjoyed.
3. Any auto-renewal deduction instructions you have entrusted to Apicks prior to choosing to terminate this Service will remain valid, and Apicks will not refund any fees deducted based on such instructions.

V. Rights and Obligations of Both Parties in the Auto-Payment Service

• If Apicks deducts the fees for the next billing cycle from the account you have designated, it will automatically debit the amount 24 hours before the expiration of each billing cycle.
• Apicks may notify you before deduction. Meanwhile, this Service is voluntarily selectable by you for cancellation within the required time frame.
• Should there be any adjustment to the service price of the relevant membership of Apicks at or before the time of auto-renewal deduction, the then-effective price shall apply.
